 Company Info:
Starting in 1993 with a box of foil balloons and some
bags of latex balloons, we began a balloon decorating
business. While we have had our ups and downs
(pardon the pun), we have come a long way from
that point. Originally part of The Finish Line Party
Center and eventually TFL Party Planners, NY Balloon
& Basket Co. started in 1997 as a gift basket
company, we've grew our business primarily on
customer recommendations. From the point at which
we began, we knew that learning the best techniques
and the best systems would enable us to build a strong
and viable balloon decorating business.
With a Certified Balloon Artist, CBA's (yes, there are such
things) owning the company, education and industry
standards are of the utmost importance. New and
innovative designs are always being implemented
and our entire staff attends training seminars in
balloon artistry. As part of the NYC Balloon Network,
we have helped to coordinate seminars with leading
instructors in the balloon industry and continue to
attend local, regional and national industry events,
such as the International Balloon Arts Convention
and All Star Revue.
Our store is located along with TFL Party Planners in
Coney Island, Brooklyn. Easily accessible by car, bus,
and train. See below for directions.

Directions:
By Car: West Belt Parkway to Exit 7S (South) -
off exit and onto Ocean Parkway South.
East Belt Parkway to Exit 7S (South) -
off exit, make a right at the light onto
Ocean Parkway South.
Continue on Ocean Parkway; after
elevated train, Ocean Parkway will
change to Surf Avenue. Continue on
Surf Avenue to Stillwell Avenue (Nathan's on your left)
and make a right. Travel one block to the next traffic signal ,
make a left onto Mermaid Avenue; travel one more block
and at the traffic light, make a left. We are located in
the building on the left - we are in the "TFL Party Planners"
building.
By Bus: B36, B64, B68 to Stillwell Avenue.
Walk one block to West 15th Street.
By Train: W to Stillwell Avenue. Walk one block
to West 15th Street.
