Cancellations, Changes & Substitutions
CANCELLATIONS
Due to rapid turn around times, once an order has been dispatched or scheduled for UPS delivery, we cannot cancel the order. Balloon BouquetOrders may be cancelled for a $15 service charge, Bulk Balloon and Balloon Decor Orders for a service fee equal to 25% of the total order placed or rescheduled without charge, providing the order has not been dispatched.
We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause but we wish to fill every order as quickly as possible. Orders refused by a recipient have still been prepared, made, and delivered and will be charged in full.
CHANGES
We will attempt to accomodate requests for changes providing the order has not been dispatched. An order is considered dispatched at 8am local time, on the date of delivery.Delivery ChargesThe following delivery charge information applies to the products shown on the page where this link appears.
SUBSTITUTIONS
The following policy applies to the products shown on the page where this link appears.Unless otherwise stated in the product text description, we will deliver exactly what you see in our web site images, with the following exceptions.Mylar balloon Megaloon numbers are available in Blue, Red, Purple, Silver, and Gold. Unless special arrangements are made before ordering, any one of these colors, or a combination of these colors, may be used. The exceptions are the Princess Birthday bouquets, where the Megaloon numbers are always Silver.Airspray and Birthday prints may vary from what is shown, and colors may not match the specific patterns shown.Hot air balloon replicas may vary slightly in design from what is shown, however, the design will closely resemble what is shown.Message mylar balloons of the standard 18/20-inch size in various sentiments (Happy Birthday, Get Well, etc), may include designs not shown.
