OVERVIEW

• A minimum purchase of $39.95 is required (not including delivery charges, processing fee(s) or NYS Sales Tax) 
• NYS Sales Tax equal to 8.875% is required to be charged on all deliveries made within NY State  
• A $9.95 Processing Fee is applied to each order.

Delivery Procedures

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES

Prior to departure from our store, we may call the recipient to coordinate a delivery time, ensuring that someone will be home to accept the order. We may make this call up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery time. If no one answers, we will leave a call back number. Delivery may therefore be later than scheduled as we will not proceed until we reach the recipient. Therefore it is important to provide a correct phone number for the recipient (cell) or residence (land line). Whenever possible, we encourage customers to include a back-up number, which can be noted in the Special Instruction section during checkout. We will make every effort to be discrete in our effort to coordinate a delivery time, however, customers are forewarned that this process does pose a risk of exposing an intended surprise.

COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS DELIVERIES

Please provide a correct phone number for the recipient (cell) or residence (land line). Whenever possible, we encourage customers to include a back-up number, which can be noted in the Special Instruction section during checkout. We will call the erecipient up to 8 hours prior to delivery time to insure that they are at their place of business.  We will make every effort to be discrete in our effort to coordinate a delivery time, however, customers are forewarned that this process does pose a risk of exposing an intended surprise.  In the event that the recipient is not in contact with us, we will deliver to the business before the end of the delivery time frame.

DELIVERIES TO SECURE FACILITIES

In many high-rise office buildings and other facilities with restricted access, we are usually required to leave the balloons with a receptionist, with mail room or security personnel. We will attempt to leave a message with the recipient advising that a delivery has been made and is ready for pick-up. Once the balloons have been delivered to the site staff, we consider the delivery accomplished.

SCHOOL & HOTEL/MOTEL DELIVERIES

All school deliveries will be sent to the main office at the school and left with administrative personnel. The deliveries will be considered complete once at the school's office.  All hotel deliveries for guests are left with the concierge, the front desk, or the loading dock, depending on the hotel's policy. Once balloons are delivered to one of these contacts, we consider the delivery accomplished.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES

ABSOLUTELY NO LATEX BALLOONS will be delivered to any hospital due to latex allergy liability issues. This includes offices, staff and patients.  Mylar (foil) balloons are usually acceptable. However, in some cases a patient may not be able to receive balloons.Customers should contact the hospital for approval before sending balloons to a patient to ensure that they are allowed and that the patient isn't in a specialty unit [i.e. ICU, CCU, etc.] or will be discharged that day.  If we arrive and attempt to deliver thye balloons and are told of these types of restrictions, the delivery is considered complete and will be charged in full.

DECOR DELIVERY & INSTALLATION SERVICE

 

Delivery of room décor and installation vary by job and can be quoted by arranging your order with our Customer Service Department.  Charges for Decor Installation are 15-20% of the total order invoice.  Special charges apply for Early morning or late evening installations.  We are available for decor installation at any hour - ALL DECOR INSTALLATIONS MUST BE ARRANGED BY PHONE and are subject to restrictions at installation site.  Processing fees for decor orders start at $5.95 and increase with the size and design of the order.  No processing fee will exceed $24.95.

For Balloon & Specialty decor, our delivery area includes Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island, The Bronx [$300 minimum order],  Nassau County [$300 minimum order], Suffolk County [$500 minimum order], Central New Jersey [$300 minimum order], Lower to Mid-Westchester County [$300 minimum order], Northern New Jersey [$500 minimum order], Southern Connecticut [$500 minimum order], Southern & Western New Jersey [$1000 minimum order],  and Mid-Connecticut [$1000 minimum order].    Delivery charge is determined per order.
