Smiling Octopus!

This sea creature, complete with eight legs, was made for Pioneer Balloon Company as a press release to the NY Media outlets including CNN, ABC, NBC & CBS to announce the world's largest floating balloon sculpture that flew over Sodus Point, NY. This micro-copy of what actually flew featured a 3 foot balloon with "legs" attached to a flat base complete with fish netting and sand.
